Using the direct thermal method, it prints vouchers, bills or service reports continuously at up to a maximum width of 104 mm. The high printing speed of up to 76 mm per second avoids any waiting periods. The advanced 32-Bit Processor architecture ensures fast processing of all data to be printed. With 8 dots/mm (203 dpi), the unit's vouchers are clear, sharp and suitable for text as well as for graphical information. Certainly the unit prints all common bar code symbologies (1D and 2D).

Thanks to its flexible design, it can be easily used for many applications. An extensive range of interfaces offers your customers many direct connection options with compatible mobile data collection devices, notebooks and smart phones, or for direct integration into an existing network. Besides a dual interface (RS232 and USB), it is optionally equipped with Bluetooth or wireless LAN. The compact housing with a weight of only 900 g is made of shock-resistant polycarbonate. Enclosed in a non-abrasive rubber coating, it is perfectly protected in all mobile activities. Even repeated falls onto concrete from a height of 1.8 m cannot harm this mobile printer. In operation, the RW420 excels in displaying high user-friendliness: an easy-to-read LC display together with four keys offer the user an optional overview of the simple menu command. Whether attached to a shoulder belt or vehicle mounting (both optional), the user has easy access to all functions from every angle. The integrated lithium-ion (4Ah and 7.4V) battery impresses through high performance and a particularly light weight. The state-of-the-art nickel-cadmium technology fulfills the highest demands and always provides long operating times.
