The 170XiIIIPlus is an excellent choice for special-purpose labels using various materials (AIAG, ODETTE, UCC/EAN-128) that need to be produced in large quantities. It prints labels of up to 168 mm width at a maximum speed of 305 mm per second, with a resolution of either 12 dots/mm (300 dpi) or 8 dots/mm (203 dpi).
 
Like all other Xi4 series printers, this high-end device prints labels using the thermal transfer or direct thermal methods – and thanks to its sheet steel design also performs reliably under the most difficult conditions. Configurations are simple to carry out using the large, graphical LC display, while the expanded memory (16MB SDRAM, 8MB Flash) allows the 140Xi4 to print even large format labels with a length of up to 991 mm, quickly and in high quality. Through fast connections via RS232, parallel, USB, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi (option), you react individually to all the requirements of your customers. Versions with an automatic cutter, dispenser, or rewinder increase this flexibility.
