Bank notes are sorted in vertical compartments resulting in very small external dimensions (46x10x17 cm, WxHxD). Fast and ergonomic work is guaranteed by a lid that opens upwards. Its extremely robust lid mechanism successfully passed tests with over two million open/close processes without any material fatigue, making this cash box the perfect choice for demanding and overloaded checkouts with long periods of use.

The K-3 features seven bank note and eight coin compartments, as well as a cheque compartment that can be filled externally with receipts. Both coin and bank note inserts can be removed separately from the box. The K-3 is connected directly to the POS printer using the Epson standard connection.

Unpopular streaking (only when using the RS232 interface) is avoided with the automatic speed adjustment feature, while efficient and low-consuming design of receipts is made simple with the help of diverse tools: automatic receipt reduction, a space optimiser that scales the contents without adjusting the font sizes, and the intelligent logo preprint, in particular to print adjacent to the edge, are all decisive advantages for saving energy and material.

The all-round carefree package of accessories and equipment is absolutely convincing: test roll, switch and cable covers, spacer for 56 mm wide rolls and a power supply including power cord (only with kit versions) are already included with the thermal printer. As standard, each TM-T88V is now equipped with a USB interface. Or choose the optional Ethernet interface for even faster data transfer. The Epson TM-T88V was the first of any thermal receipt printer in the world to be authenticated by the Energy-Star certification for energy saving office equipment. Zeiten runden: Die Stempelzeiten können optional auf 5, 10 oder 15 Minuten gerundet werden. Dafür gibt es die Optionen »arithmetisch runden«, »immer aufrunden«, »immer abrunden«, „immer zu Gunsten der Firma« sowie »immer zu Gunsten des Angestellten«.
Sollzeiten: Die Arbeitszeiten können wahlweise in Wochenarbeitszeit, Tagesarbeitszeit (mit »gültige Buchungen von - bis«, Kernzeit für jeden Wochentag extra), Monatsarbeitszeit (mit oder ohne Berücksichtigung von Feiertagen) oder keine Sollzeit (Aushilfskräfte) unterteilt werden.
Automatische Pausen: Die Pausenzeiten können wahlweise in bis zu drei feste Pausen oder eine variable Pause mit abgestufter Länge eingeteilt werden, abhängig von der Anwesenheitsdauer.
Gleitzeit-Übertrag: Für den Gleitzeit-Übertrag existieren die Optionen: ohne Einschränkung, immer Null, Maximalwert, bestimmten Wert (sofern möglich) abziehen sowie Rest übertragen.
Urlaub - Krankheit - extra freie Tage: Für jeden Mitarbeiter gibt es einen grafischen Urlaubs-Jahres-Kalender zum Eintragen von Urlaub, Krankheitstagen und extra freien Tagen. Wahlweise können die Einträge auch auf dem Monatskalender in der Ansicht »Bearbeiten - Buchungen« vorgenommen werden.
Urlaubsplan: Mit Hilfe der Software erhält man eine globale Wochen-Sicht auf die Fehltage aller Mitarbeiter. Durch einfaches Weiter- bzw. Zurückschalten oder die direkte Wahl von Jahr, Monat und Woche ist ein rascher Wechsel von Woche zu Woche möglich. Dabei können Personen ohne Einträge ein- oder ausgeblendet werden. Der gedruckte Urlaubs-Wochenplan entspricht den Einstellungen der aktuellen Bildschirmansicht. Eine Jahresübersicht des Urlaubs aller Personen kann im MS-Excel-Format exportiert werden.

Zu dieser Software werden die entsprechenden Hardwarekomponenten mitgeliefert und sofort kann Zeit erfasst werden:
jeder Mitarbeiter erhält eine Mitarbeiter-Chipkarte, deren ID seinem Personalstammdaten in der Software zugeordnet ist. Diese Karte wird beim Kommen, Gehen oder Projektwechsel einfach in das Chipdrive Mobile gesteckt und somit in dem mobilen Gerät erfasst. Zum Weiterverarbeiten der Daten werden diese auf Knopfdruck auf eine spezielle Transportkarte kopiert. Diese Transportkarte wird am PC mittels des mitgelieferten Chipdrive Kartenlesers ausgelesen und mithilfe der Software weiterverarbeitet.

Chipdrive Mobile 910 - »Die Stechuhr«
Auf dem handlichen Gerät werden die Zeiten gebucht. Dabei können bis zu 1.200 Buchungen zwischengespeichert werden. Das Gerät ist batteriebetrieben und hat ein großes Grafikdisplay, auf dem neben Datum und Uhrzeit auch aktuelle Stempeldaten angezeigt werden. Über die Tastatur können Sie individuelle Projektnummern festlegen; die Menüführung erleichtert die Bedienung beachtlich. Jedes Gerät besitzt eine eindeutige ID, sodass auch mehrere Chipdrive Mobile 910 im Verbund einzusetzen sind.
Wandhalterung: Die Wandhalterung ist mit wenigen Handgriffen montiert. Setzen Sie einfach den Chipdrive Mobile 910 in die Halterung ein und aus dem mobilen Begleiter wird ein stabiles Wandgerät. Damit das Gerät gegen Diebstahl und Manipulation gesichert ist, kann es nur mit einem speziellen Schlüssel wieder aus der Wandhalterung entfernt werden.
Transport-Chipkarte: Mit dieser Speicherkarte fragen Sie die Daten vom Chipdrive Mobile 910 ab. Damit transportieren Sie die erfassten Zeiten Ihrer Mitarbeiter zur Auswertung ganz praktisch an Ihren PC.
Chipdrive desktop pro (USB) für den PC: Dieses Chipkartenlesegerät dient dem Auslesen der Transport-Chipkarte mit dem PC. Außerdem werden damit die Mitarbeiterkarten erstellt.
