The MDR Publisher is a complete integrated machine to produce automatically Patient CDs. The MDR could directly connect to a network and only the IP, AET and port number need to be configurated and the MDR is ready to receive data. Based on each patient data which arrived will the MDR create automatically a DICOM compatible CD, will burn it and will print the patient data on the label. The user has nothing to do, without to start the sending job. Moreover you can intergrate up to 4 viewers, one of them is enabled to burn on CD. Two viewers are installed as default. With the integrated webinterface you are able to get the status from any other PC in the DICOM network and you can reburn an older CD and examination or you can create a multipatient disc. Also a nice feature is, that you can "burn" the patient CD on a USB stick.
The difference between MDR SE and MDR XRP is the capacity of the robot system. The XRP has two burners and 100 discs, the SE has one burner and 20 discs.

It’s a turnkey system designed for unattended operation which features an advanced exam database for receiving and managing images intended for burning to disk. Single patient or multiple patient disks can be created. Each disk includes a fully featured DICOM viewer for easy review from any Windows PC.
MDR Publisher holds up to 100 blank disks which can include single media formats or a combination of CD and DVD media. Images with viewer can also be written to USB memory devices.
